We want every client to be happy with their CRM. Because every CRM is built around your business, our refund rules depend on how much work has already been done. This policy applies to all projects and services from dial4crm by WebKeyIndia, unless your signed proposal says otherwise.
02Free demo and consultation
Demos, discovery calls and proposals are free. There is nothing to cancel or refund at this stage.
03Cancelling a CRM project
If you cancel a project, the refund depends on the stage reached:

| Before kick-off (no work started) | Advance refunded, minus 10% for planning and discovery |
| After requirements and design are approved | Advance refunded, minus the value of design and planning work done |
| During development | Payments refunded, minus the value of work delivered to date |
| After go-live | No refund; defects are fixed free under warranty |
The value of work done is calculated on the milestones in your proposal. We share a written breakup with every refund.
04Ready-made CRMs and licences
For ready industry CRMs set up on our platform, you can cancel within 7 days of the setup invoice for a full refund, as long as the CRM has not been customised or used with live data. After that, licence and setup fees are not refundable.
05Hosting, AMC and subscriptions
- You can stop hosting or AMC at the end of any billing period by giving 15 days’ notice.
- Fees for the current period are not refundable once the period has started.
- If you prepaid for a year and cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the unused months, minus one month.
06Third-party charges
Charges paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable by us. This includes domain names, SSL certificates, app store fees, WhatsApp Business API charges, SMS credits and payment gateway fees.
07Cancellation by us
In the rare case that we have to cancel a project for reasons on our side, we refund everything you paid for work not yet delivered, and hand over all completed work and your data.
08How to request a refund
- Email info@webkeyindia.com from your registered email with your company name, invoice number and reason.
- We confirm receipt within 2 working days and share the refund calculation.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days.
